• Generally speaking, going through AWS Services whitepaper and   Shared responsibility model can make you pass this exam, if that's the intent. 

• 1-2 days are pretty much sufficient if you've working experience in IT for 4-5 years. 

• You can check some free practice exam online such as Udemy (this gets free ocassionally).

If you're genuinly trying to learn the Cloud technologies and concepts, vendor certs may not be that helpful. Some free yet very valuable resources are edx, and some YouTube videos you can find by youself.
